Voici, dans les mains de la FEMA, les DUMB (Deep Underground Military Bases – Bases militaires en profond sous-sol), dont on peut aussi trouver des listes, sans garantie de fiabilité , ou plus sérieuses , certainement incomplètes. Là aussi, plusieurs articles confirment que la FEMA dispose d’un nombre important d’entre elles : »So, basically there are probably a lot of underground facilities around the country.
